Overview
Food sample collection is critical to ensure accurate food quality assessment, safety evaluation, and regulatory compliance. Proper on-site sampling helps maintain the integrity of food samples and ensures that laboratory testing reflects true product quality.
Our laboratory has a dedicated food sample collection team, supported by trained technical staff and equipped vehicles, to carry out comprehensive on-site services, including:
- Collection of raw, processed, and packaged food samples from manufacturing units, storage facilities, and retail outlets
- Sampling of bakery, dairy, edible oils, cereals, pulses, spices, beverages, and processed foods
- Sample collection conducted as per applicable food safety standards and guidelines
- Proper sample handling, sealing, labeling, and transportation to preserve quality and prevent contamination
